Established on June 29th 2006, Long Bien Investment Corporation (LoBiCo., Corp) has strived to build a strong business, known for its professionalism in construction and yard maintenance.

Our maintenance division have a leadership team with many years of experience in the field of yard maintenance. Our engineers and employees are highly qualified and professional. Most of them have been working at the golf course since the early days. Every year, the team are trained up-to-date knowledge by domestic and foreign experts to keep up with technological developments in the field of yard maintenance. 

The machinery and equipment system is invested to meet the needs of maintenance, lawn mowing, watering, fertilizing... to ensure that the yard is always maintained in the best condition.

Paspalum grass that be grown for tee, fairway, rough and Tif Eagle grass grown for Green create a green surface, rolling ball speed. All adapt the best standards, contribute to increasing experience for Golfers.

For each golf course, the regular maintenance helps to improve the yard’s quality, bring great experiences, and make an important contribution to the success of each golf session. In order to have the best quality, the entire Maintenance Division has maintained grass and trees day and night to meet the standards of leading golf courses in Vietnam and the region such as 36 holes Tan Son Nhat Golf Course,  27-holes Long Bien Golf Course.
